At Snow Mania, we understand that plans may change. This Cancellation & Refund Policy outlines the terms under which cancellations and refunds are processed for bookings made through our website, application, or at the park.


1. Cancellation Policy

  • All cancellation requests must be initiated by the customer through the official booking platform or by contacting our support team.
  • Cancellation requests are subject to review and approval by the Snow Mania administration team.
  • Requests must be made within the eligible cancellation window (if applicable at the time of booking).

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be considered under the following conditions:

  • Cancellation request is made within the permitted time frame
  • Booking is valid and not already utilized
  • No violation of park rules or misuse of services has occurred

Refunds will NOT be provided in the following cases:

  • No-show or failure to arrive within the booked time slot
  • Partial usage of tickets or services
  • Denial of entry due to violation of park rules or safety guidelines
  • Adverse personal conditions (such as discomfort with cold environment after entry)
  • Delays caused by the customer

3. Refund Process

  • All approved refunds will be processed by the Snow Mania admin team.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during booking.
  • Snow Mania does not process cash refunds for online transactions.
  • The time taken for the refund to reflect in your account depends on your bank or payment provider.

4. Modification of Bookings

  • Booking modifications (date/time changes) are subject to availability and approval.
  • Snow Mania reserves the right to accept or reject modification requests.
  • Additional charges may apply for rescheduling.

5. Park-Initiated Cancellations

In rare cases, Snow Mania may cancel bookings due to:

  • Technical issues
  • Maintenance or safety concerns
  • Unforeseen circumstances (e.g., power failure, operational disruptions)

In such cases:

  • Customers will be offered either a reschedule option or a full refund.

6. Important Notes

  • No automatic refunds are issued; all refund decisions are handled by the Snow Mania admin team.
  • Snow Mania reserves the right to deny any refund request that does not meet the eligibility criteria.
  • Customers are advised to review booking details carefully before confirming their reservation.
